Return Eligibility


Orbit Online Sale offers a 60-day free return policy for all products sold on our e-commerce platform, to ensure our customers have a worry-free shopping experience. To apply for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return application is submitted within 60 days from the date the customer receives the product.
  2. The product is in its original condition, with no damage, wear, or modification caused by human factors; all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels are kept intact.
  3. The product is not a customized product (if applicable) and is in line with the product description on the platform.
  4. The return is initiated for reasons such as product quality issues, non-conformity with the description, or customer dissatisfaction (subject to the above condition of product intactness).

Free Return Service


All eligible return orders enjoy free return shipping provided by Orbit Online Sale. The customer does not need to pay any return shipping fees, and we will cooperate with designated logistics partners to arrange pick-up or provide a prepaid return shipping label for the customer, simplifying the return process and reducing the customer's return costs.

Refund Application Process


  1. Initiate the Application: Customers who meet the return eligibility can contact our customer service team through the official website or designated contact email to initiate a return and refund application, and provide the order number, product information, and reason for return.
  2. Application Review: Our customer service team will review the return application within 2 business days, and inform the customer of the review result and subsequent return steps via email.
  3. Product Return & Inspection: After the application is approved, the customer shall return the product according to the designated logistics method. Our warehouse will inspect the returned product within 3 business days after receiving it to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
  4. Refund Processing: If the returned product passes the inspection, we will immediately initiate the refund process for the customer.

Refund Timing & Method


  1. Refund Timing: We guarantee to complete the refund processing within 5-10 business days after the returned product passes the inspection, and the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment account used by the customer.
  2. Refund Amount: The full amount of the product payment (excluding no additional fees, as all orders enjoy free shipping) will be refunded to the customer. No handling fees or restocking fees will be deducted for eligible returns and refunds.
  3. Payment Channel Rules: The actual time for the refund to arrive in the account is subject to the processing rules of the customer's payment channel (e.g., credit card, online payment platform), and our team will provide necessary assistance for any refund arrival delays.

Non-Refundable Situations


Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following circumstances, and our customer service team will inform the customer of the reason and return the product if necessary:

  1. The return application is submitted beyond the 60-day return period.
  2. The product is damaged, worn, or modified due to improper use, storage, or human factors.
  3. The original packaging, accessories, or labels of the product are lost or incomplete.
  4. The product is used for commercial rental or secondary sales after purchase.
  5. The product damage is caused by natural disasters, transportation accidents, or other force majeure factors after the customer signs for the goods.
