1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order and completing payment on the e-commerce platform
orbitonlinesale.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") operated by Orbit Online Sale (hereinafter referred to as "we"), you (the customer) agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, as well as all other relevant policies and regulations published on the Platform (including Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Customer Service Policy). If you do not agree with these terms, you shall not use our platform to purchase products.
2. Product Information & Pricing
2.1 All product information (including specifications, functions, images, parameters, and usage instructions) published on the Platform is for reference only, and we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information. In case of any discrepancy between the product actual condition and the platform description due to product upgrade or brand adjustment, we will inform the customer in a timely manner and provide the customer with the right to cancel the order or accept the updated product.
2.2 All product prices on the Platform are denominated in
US Dollars (USD), and the displayed price is the final selling price (excluding no additional fees, as all products enjoy free shipping). We reserve the right to adjust product prices according to market changes and brand promotions, and the price adjustment will not affect the orders that have been paid and confirmed.
2.3 All promotional activities and discount information on the Platform are subject to the official announcement, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotional activities with a timely announcement on the Platform.
3. Order Placement & Payment
3.1 To place an order on the Platform, you need to provide accurate and complete order information (including delivery address, contact person, phone number, email address) and complete the payment in accordance with the Platform's designated payment methods (e.g., credit card, online payment platform).
3.2 After you submit an order, the Platform will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address, which only represents the Platform's receipt of your order and does not mean the completion of the order transaction. The transaction is officially confirmed only after we verify the payment and send a
payment confirmation email to you.
3.3 You shall complete the payment within the time limit specified by the Platform after placing the order. If the payment is not completed within the time limit, the Platform has the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
3.4 All payment transactions on the Platform are processed through secure third-party payment platforms, and we do not store your sensitive payment information (e.g., credit card CVV code) to ensure the security of your payment.
4. Order Modification & Cancellation
4.1 You can apply to modify the order information (including delivery address, product quantity, and contact information) by contacting our customer service team before the order is shipped. We will review the application and complete the modification if the product is still in stock and the order has not been processed for shipping.
4.2 You can cancel the order by contacting our customer service team before the order is shipped and paid. After the order is cancelled, we will initiate the full refund process in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel the order in the following circumstances: (1) the product is out of stock due to sudden market demand surges; (2) the order information is incorrect or suspected of fraud; (3) the product price is marked incorrectly due to system errors; (4) other circumstances that make the order unable to be fulfilled. In such cases, we will inform you in a timely manner and provide a full refund for the paid order.
5. Product Delivery & Acceptance
5.1 We will arrange the shipping of the confirmed and paid order within 1-3 business days in accordance with the Shipping Policy, and provide the shipping tracking information to you via email.
5.2 The delivery address provided by you is the only valid delivery address, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the address. If the product is not delivered or delayed due to incorrect address information, we are not liable for any losses incurred.
5.3 Upon receiving the product, you shall inspect the product packaging and condition on the spot. If the packaging is damaged, the product is defective, or the quantity is inconsistent, you shall refuse to sign for the goods and contact our customer service team immediately for processing. If you sign for the goods without inspection, it is deemed that you have confirmed the intactness of the product, and we will not be responsible for subsequent product damage or missing issues (except for product quality problems found after opening).
6. Product Ownership & Risk Transfer
6.1 The ownership of the product shall be transferred to you only after you have paid the full product price and received the product.
6.2 The risk of damage or loss of the product shall be transferred to the logistics partner at the time of shipping from our warehouse, and then transferred to you when you sign for the product. We are not liable for any product damage or loss caused by the logistics partner during transportation, and we will assist you in making a claim to the logistics partner.
7. Breach of Contract
7.1 If you fail to perform the order obligations in accordance with these terms (e.g., maliciously placing orders without payment, providing false order information, refusing to sign for the goods without a legitimate reason), we reserve the right to refuse to provide services to you and pursue your relevant liability for breach of contract.
7.2 If we fail to fulfill the order obligations in accordance with these terms (e.g., delayed shipping without a legitimate reason, delivering non-conforming products), you have the right to apply for a return and refund or product replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy and Customer Service Policy.
